Summary
Raphael is always the roughest, toughest, most badass of his siblings. Always arguing with Leonardo about Leo telling him what should and shouldn't be done. Then, one night, after another arguement, Raphael leaves the Lair to clear his mind. Except this time, he comes across a scene that leaves his blood boiling.
Alex was the spitting image of her mother, until tragedy struck, taking her mother from this world and leaving her alone with her step-father. Almost right away, the abuse started, but being underage and without much more contact with the outside world, except for an inner-city school, she had nowhere else to go and no one to turn to, until a secret guardian started caring for her.
Will Raphael reveal himself to this girl? Will Alex be accepting of him? You'll just have to read and find out.
This takes place between after the first 2014 movie and into the second with a few 90s and cartoon bits thrown in.

Though this is set in Zootopia, this is primarily a TMNT focused one shot, dedicated to Splinter and Alex. His character is from my previous works, and one that I'm currently working on. It's the first story in a potential series of one shots detailing the life of the TMNT gang if they were standard animals in an anthropomorphic world.

Years pass and another mutant are brought into their lives. A young gator is taken out of an abusive environment and brought into the Jones/Hamato household. Timid and quiet, will he be able to be brought back into a moral reality? And what will happen when a twin falls into a coma?
Can mutants live in a human world in harmony?
