Summary
After avoiding jail time, Mr. Y walks free, plotting revenge against the Wood Oak City heroes for their opposition by killing them one by one. Starting with the first person on his list; Axel Stone. But fate plays an ironic hand that makes him dependent on Axel, taking revenge in exchange for something far different.
It’s warm, confusing, enlightening. It grounds him for reasons he doesn’t want to admit.
On the other hand, Axel doesn’t know what to make of the young man hanging around at his house or that he’s living with the son of his mortal enemy. He goes along with it either way out of a faint thing called hope. He tolerates it only because he can keep an eye on him.
And then Mr. Y begins to cough up flower petals.
