It’s the coldest morning on record in the year so far, and she doesn’t look forward to sitting in her car while it takes longer than it should to warm up. I just want to go home, crawl into bed, and sleep until it’s dark again.
That last thought pops like a bubble—she slips out of consciousness into silence. When she wakes, it’s in a soft bed in a room that isn’t hers.

Jack could say anything and add for me? at the end, and Robby would be acting without a thought, doing whatever he asked. He doesn’t care if he gets teased; he even thinks it’s amusing when he gets called whipped or leashed or that he’s Jack’s good dog, because when he hears it from Jack, it’s so good that he can’t imagine it ever being bad. Even if it does make him go red and feel an urgent need to leave the room when he hears too many comments in that vein.
It’s not a hardship to do as Jack asks, really. He never asks what he thinks Robby can’t, doesn’t want to, or shouldn’t give, and this—
This is something he can give, he wants to give, he should give, especially and only to Jack, and he grinds down as told, a slow roll onto the vibrator that’s been plugged in him for over half a day.

“Did you want to talk about it?” Jack asks, the concern for his junior attending apparent. “Not really, no… I don’t even know if there is anything to talk about. I just want… I need…” Shen stumbles a bit over his words, breaking eye contact. He doesn’t finish his sentence, not daring to utter the words aloud, but Jack knows exactly what he’s talking about anyways.
“Ok.” A beat. “Ok. You’re sure?” Abbot asks again, his eyes burning into Shen’s face. He holds his stare, waiting for Shen to meet his eyes once again. “Please,” Shen whines. He can’t take it anymore, he’s vibrating and doesn’t want to be. He wants to be cool, relaxed and unbothered once again.
