All for One's international associates recognized him as a well-respected lieutenant of All for One. They knew he was from the elusive and powerful Takami clan, one of the oldest villain families in Japan. They knew he was young when he gained his position. They knew he was dangerous.

Izuku knew he was in trouble.
He and Kacchan were both doing their internships with the Endeavor agency with Shouto. He had been on patrol with Kacchan when they encountered a criminal duo. They immediately engaged and he had chased one of the villains out of the city and into the slums.
The explosive blond had gone the other direction after the guy’s partner in crime.
He’d already had one of his scent patches ripped off by the man he was pursuing, he had some kind of sticky platforming quirk.
Using blackwhip Izuku had swung after the guy down an alley and the jerk had gotten a cheap shot in and hit him in the head. There was a loud screech in his ear and Izuku had yanked out his comms tossing it on the ground.
The petty villain had run away as Izuku recovered. Now he was feeling dizzy and nauseous.
Actually Izuku was feeling too dizzy and nauseous. He knew what that meant.
His heat was starting early.

In diesem Universum stimmt die sogenannte "Red-Shoe-Theory". Mit anderen Worten, Tomura wurde ohne Macke geboren, das war auch zugleich, in dieser Zeitlinie, der Hauptgrund für das Verhalten von Kotarou ihm gegenüber. An jenem Tag als Tomura seine Familie kanonisch umgebracht hat, wurde er hier stattdessen von All For One "gerettet" indem dieser vor Tomuras Augen alle seine Familienmitglieder ermordet hat.
Nachdem er die Familie Shimura bis auf Tenko getötet hat erfuhr er durch einige seiner Macken, dass der Junge, wenn man ihn nur richtig forme, zum idealen Gefäß für ihn werden könnte. Und so entschloss er ihn mitzunehmen, ihm die Macke mit der AFO seine Familie ermordet hat zu geben und ihn so zu manipulieren, dass er zu seinem zukünftigen Gefäß wird.
Dieser Plan funktionierte genauso wie er es wollte, bis All Might plötzlich sich dazu entschied seine Macke an jemanden weiterzugeben. Dadurch fühlte sich All For One gezwungen seinen Plan zu beschleunigen um damit mitzuhalten und gab Tomura seine zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht vertige Version von All For One. Und ab genau diesem Punkt begann alles im Plan von All For One an falsch zu laufen und er brach zusammen.- Language:

But he was granted a blessing before middle school graduation. He was saved by his all time favorite hero, All Might, upon being attacked by a villain made of sludge. Starstruck, Izuku grabbed onto the hero’s leg when he bounded to take the villain in.
To All Might’s surprise, he was forced to land on a rooftop to rid himself of the kid. Delivering the heartbreaking news that Izuku can’t be a hero without a Quirk, All Might leaves without another word.
Hours later, after trying to rescue Katsuki from the same sludge villain, feet moving on his own, All Might delivered life changing news.
“Top heroes have stories about them from their school days. Most of their stories have one thing in common:
‘Their bodies moved before they had a chance to think.’
That was true for you, too, wasn’t it?
You can become a hero.”
