Summary
Prince Touya Todoroki, next in line for the throne of the most powerful kingdom, sitting in the wealthiest ballroom in the world in the very castle he lived in, up on the indoor balcony overlooking the festivities, surrounded by the most important names in the world, sipping champagne, alone, utterly miserable.
About 12 yards away, up on the same balcony, there was Hawks. One of the most decorated knights in the kingdom, possibly the sharpest mind in the war room, reduced to ballroom guard duty for the night. He was watching Touya, and the other royalty, of course. Watching out for anything abrupt, possibly dangerous, or any threats in general. He was so bored he was almost wishing for a disaster.
When Touya suddenly leaves the ballroom, practically running for the east exit, Hawks sees an opportunity to do anything other than sitting there. He follows.
OR i decide to use too many fancy words and write an incredibly slow oneshot about 2 idiots having a little meet cute balcony moment and discovering joyyy...yayyyy!!
