Summary
Tony can't get himself back from Siberia, and it takes the night for him to be rescued. While waiting to see if he'll die of hypothermia, he realises something for the first time. It wasn't that he failed because he hadn't tried hard enough. He had failed because he had tried too hard. His so-called team-mates had formed the habit of blaming Tony for everything because he had let them. He had shouldered the blame, let them attack him without consequence, and cleaned up after their mess, all so they could continue to feel self-righteous in peace. But it wasn't just him they were attacking, and saving the world didn't give them a free pass to be the very bullies that Steve claimed to fight against.
Tony woke up in hospital, still sustained by the relief of his realisation. Things sucked, but they would get better. He was Tony Stark, and no challenge was too much for him. It was odd how much easier it was to plot when he actually did intend ways to manipulate the ex-Avengers into falling in line. And since that was what they seemed convinced he was doing all along, they didn't deserve a warning that it would now be true.

Harry misses Sirius trial bc of stage 4 cancer, Sirius Remus Ron Hermione dont let him explain say awful things no longer want him around, Harry runs to America where Alice Edward pick him up and take him to hospital where Carlisle sees hes his mate, Carlisle n Harry new friend Seth convine him to try chemo while staying w Cullens, Seth breaks Pack Bond because Sam hates Harry thinks he dangerous, Harrys old friends learn of cancer n start searching for him, Sev n Bill track Harry down but he doesn't want to see others, Esme is Sev mate, Harry learns hes Carlisles Mate and says yes to being Turned which triggers Magical Inheritance, 5 days later he wakes w heartbeat, red eyes, able to sleep, strength, healing power, only feeds from Mate, Carlisle n Sev decide Harry will go to Hogwarts n Forks High part time w online school and tutoring also, Carlisle realizes it's too much not before a Forks teacher Mr. Long forces Harry to an after school tutoring session where he touches him inappropriately, Sam runs into Harry crying n sick over it and warms up to him, Long turns out to be a wizard drugs n molest Harry on video before Seth shows up n claws him, Harry jumps in front of AK to save Seth, Long runs, Sam and Carlisle kill him, later Haryy is happy playing Quidditch w his family watching

Steve Rogers does not like Bruce Wayne, in fact he despises him with a passion from the moment they meet and wants him as far away from Howards boy as possible.
Bruce does not like most of the Avengers, especially not Steve Rogers who he knows has got a thing for Tony and he wants Tony away from these people, however he doesn't want to loose Tony who has his heart set on being an avenger so for now he will take them on sufferance, for now anyway, but God help them if they dare hurt his Tony in anyway at all.
Eventually the Avengers true colours show and Tony is left reeling and as always blaming himself, Bruce wants to beat the crap out of all of them but he has a problem of his own to contend with, Superman, and despite Metropolis being the city Superman destroyed Lex Luthor AKA Dragonfly isn't lending him a hand in destroying this threat, and Tony doesn't think it's a good idea either.
Thankfully Lex and Tony are much smarter than Clark and Bruce (Sometimes) and manage to keep them from killing each other and revealing the real villain of the peace, Lex's not so dead as supposed Father Lionel Luthor.
