Summary
You know the drill, Ahsoka gets sent back in time to the start of the Clone Wars after the fall of the Empire and is confused but at least Rex is there so they can be confused together.
I don't ship them, I will be writing them as a sibling dynamic.
Anyway, here's a snippet:
“Are you okay, Captain?”
Force, Rex couldn’t even recall the man’s name. Despite that, he felt his breathing begin to slow with his brother’s reassurance. He stared at the durasteel floor of the ship, counting the rivets until he could breathe normally again. “Thanks, vod.”
The soldier nodded. “I understand sir. With another day on Christophsis approaching, I think we’re all on edge. ‘Cept for Denal, maybe.” The man chuckled to himself, but Rex was too busy focusing on the last thing his brother said.

"Teth was a hard loss. Most of the Torrent Company was dead and the rest injured. The only Survivors were Rex, Nik, Kano, Ridge, Boomer, and Nax. Rex had been filling out form after form asking for new squads, requisitioning supplies, and listing those killed in action. So many were added to the KIA list. "
Post-Teth Captain Rex is reeling with the loss of almost his entire company. He buries himself in his work and pushed away those close to him. He needs to learn to process the losses or else he'll drown in them.
Not quite graphic depictions of violence but graphic depictions of loss.

Even when she was cast out of the Jedi Order and stripped of her status as both Padawan and Commander, Captain Rex and the 501st never once doubted her innocence. So when, after being cleared of all charges, Ahsoka Tano chose to leave the Jedi Order and follow her own path, those closest to her couldn’t help but wonder – why would Barriss Offee frame and betray one of her best friends?
