Just as Patrick had promised, he quickly returned with Pete’s medication and a glass of water. He was really hoping Pete would make this easy, but he had no such luck. He couldn’t really blame Pete for being resistant when it came to his medication after he almost died from an overdose in that parking lot. Sometimes it was hard to be patient with him, especially when they were both tired and stressed, but Patrick always tried his absolute hardest to be gentle and not lash out at him. It would only make it worse anyways.

“I’m tired of groveling for your affection. Fuck you, Patrick. I’m done with it. I’m done with you. Have a nice life.” Pete feels like he’s possessed, like he’s watching everything happen outside of his body.
