“Sorry girl..” He kept his voice low as he listened to the heavy crunching of snow not too far from where they were.
He dug into a small pocket on the side of Slow Dancers saddle, feeling as best as he could with his limited senses, for a small metallic flashlight he kept on him; slightly bigger than his middle finger. He turned it on and held it in between his lips to keep his hand on the reins. Now Johnny definitely wasn’t worried that he’d die of frostbite, nor from dehydration or hunger. He packed his knapsack well with supplies before he left, so that was the last problem on his mind.
Could somebody be out here with him? Somewhat hopeful, Johnny looked around, his flashlight guiding his eyes around the densely packed trees.
A deep growl rose from behind him.
Some*thing*, He corrected himself.

Johnny Joestar moved into the woods to live a simplier life. To forget about his trauma filled past. To make money as a monter hunter fullfilling the needs of the people across the realm. Just him and his horse.

Summary
In an AU where Stands are seen by normal people in the world means that the User is to be contained in a secure location called, 'The Speedwagon Foundation'. The facility is extremely large, sanitary, secure with the latest technology, and houses many doctors and scientists. The foundation helps take in Stand Users who don't want powers, Users that don't know how to use their powers, violent users, or Users that have no where to go. As long as one is not hostile, they are able to roam around the facility, have a room with another, and enjoy natural things while scientists help study them, eventually to possibly let them out into society. However, the more violent ones are studied thoroughly and given therapy. One method of this therapy however, is a more stable User meeting and talking with the more hostile one, in order to help draw them out and cooperate, and to live a somewhat normal life.
Johnny Joestar however, didn't know he'd be in such a predicament. All that he was promised was food and shelter, until he's persuaded to talk to a subject dubbed, 'DBSM'.
