When Shota wakes up with no memories, he's informed that he was suffering from Hanahaki's disease and had to get the flowers growing in his lungs surgically removed before they suffocated him. But instead of him just losing his memories of the one he loved, he accidentally ended up losing all his memories.
Knowing only his name and whatever information the singular friend at his side chooses to give him, Shota has to figure out a way to navigate his new life going forward. But his old life has a way of returning, despite his best efforts.
