Soldier 11 believes that Anby had betrayed and abandoned her, as well as suspecting her of being responsible for the deaths of their sisters from Silver Squad. Will Anby reveal the truth about Silver Squad's fate to Soldier 11? Or will she choose to remain the sole target of her youngest sister's fiery hatred?SIDE COMMISSION(S):
- Corrupt police officers threaten to further negatively affect the reputation of PubSec. Zhu Yuan requests Phaethon's assistance in hunting down those who have turned their backs on their duties to protect the people.
- A new, hostile biker gang challenges the Sons of Calydon for leadership of the Outer Ring. Overlord Caesar King calls Phaethon for help in settling this brewing gang rivalry before it hurts more innocent people.
