"..." His eyes were dead. Luo Binghe chuckled darkly. "Not going to reply, huh? Tch. Your attitude is just as horrible as ever.”
"I still can't believe you used to be my Shizun. You're nothing more than a lowly rat, someone who no one can trust. Nobody wants you. Not even your family wanted you." Luo Binghe pressed down harder. "Who wanted you?"
Luo Binghe removed his foot from his former Shizun's stomach and crouched again, grabbing his chin.
"Just what a weakling."
He observed his Shizun's pale face for a few seconds before he finally let go, the disdain clear in his eyes. Shen Jiu had finally woken up, but this time, as a spirit. Completely blindfolded. Except, he wasn't awake. He, himself, was watching everything as a spirit.
Luo Binghe noticed the blank look in Shen Jiu’s eyes. It was as if someone was standing behind those eyes. "What? Why are you looking at me like that? What's the matter?”
'Wake up,'
