Summary
His expression is grim and intense, eyes dark, brow furrowed as he assesses the two of you and stares down the barrels of your revolvers. The crucifixes do not garner so much as a flinch, yet despite his raised chin and glistening claws, there is tension wrought through his massive frame. It is so unlike his normal looming, leering stance, that for just a moment, you are more confused than alarmed.
Then it clicks. You realize with a jolt that, at this distance, he could not possibly reach you before you pulled the trigger.
