Summary
Mydei still had an arm wrapped around her waist. To any casual observer, she would simply appear to be a caring young woman helping her sick friend to the restroom. However, those flighty fingers that oscillated between squeezing her waist or groping her thigh, told Phainon otherwise.
She continued her hurried search for a restroom, which she found after a helpful passerby’s directions. The lady probably felt sympathetic towards Phainon’s apparent plight. Phainon appreciated it, albeit for an entirely different reason.
(Or, how wandering hands at a company dinner lead to a furious make-out session in a restroom stall. At least it was better than the cleaning closet from last time)
