Summary
Six months ago, telekinetic biker dyke supervillain Maddy Gillespie returned to Alberta to expose the cover-up of how three teens, superheroes in training, died on a Prairie League Cadets trip; along the way, they left their technical Hero/full-time creep nemesis, Neal "Slider" Salton, for dead at the bottom of an elevator shaft. Maddy's intervention also prompted fellow former Cadet (and closeted trans girl with a crush) Abigail "Quickstep" Fleming to resign her Hero job in disgust, disappear, and transition.
Last week, Abigail turned up in Texas, offering information she hoped would repay her debt to Maddy. Meanwhile, the alive-but-amnesiac Slider has blundered into Peterborough, Ontario, looking for answers...

Summary
Picking up right where Overdue left off, The Continuum File opens on Lexi waking up inside the Korps's Toronto base of villainy with a mystery to unravel inside the walls of KARD (the Korps Archives and Records Division). The shockwaves of what happened to her and Maxwell in the warehouse rippled out far and wide, and KARD isn't the only division turmoil.
Inside KDARC, the Korps Division of Arcane Research and Control, Something is decidedly off and one of its busy body clerks, Amelia, stumbles head first into a conspiracy that seems to run deep.
Secrets abound, and under the intense existential threat of an outside force known only to Lexi and Amelia as one "Rob Slotis", trust and old alliances are quickly drawn into question. The duo keep their cards close to their chests and work off the scant information made available to them in THE CONTINUUM FILE.
