Summary
After being framed for the murder of Tom Dougherty, and thus betrayed by nearly most, if not all, of the people working under him, Penguin confesses to the murder and is sent to Arkham Asylum. Though he has a plan to escape, it might take some time. While he’s there, he’s forced to go to therapy, where he meets a quirky and almost mysterious doctor named Edward Nygma.
Not only is Ed an attractive man, but he also intrigues Oswald, and puts him off all at the same time. There’s something off about the man, and Oswald only wants to dig deeper to uncover all of the man’s dirtiest and deepest secrets.
