Summary
Before he had actually accepted he had friends, had a family, he had resisted the pull of Halloween and doing silly things along with it. He had used costumes for survival, not this. But Andrew liked them.
And for that Neil was willingly to celebrate the holiday. More than willingly. He had a plan for this October. He was going to make it the best one Andrew ever had.
