While some people can acknowledge what they’ve been through and move on with time, others enter a cycle that they cannot seem to escape from. Some even go out of their way to recreate the trauma in hopes that they’ll understand it somehow.
Not only is it a confusing, scary time, but it can be even worse if one doesn’t even remember what they went through. After all, the unknown is a terrifying concept.”
