Basically, Ryeon and Joonggil had a child 400 years ago
Thus, this is more of a family angst/character building fic with some slight Joonggil/Ryeon romance. Things will be very bad before they get good. A LOT OF CHARACTERS ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF THERAPY IN THIS ONE.

Rewrites for "This Time Again with You," "Come Closer," & "All or Nothing" which is the trilogy that covers Ryeon and Jonggil's pre-canon relationship--tho a lot of Ryeon, especially how she got her start as a reaper (including a diff take on the obligatory training montage), becomes Jonggil's subordinate, and the cases they solved while they were partners (i mean she'd been his second-in-command for YEARS).
