This story is angsty as hell and has very mature content. Once it gets to the point they're old enough to have sex and relationships it gets explicit af. You've been warned. Don't read if you're not into it. I've already written those parts, I just have some filler chapters I haven't expanded on so it's taking a while to post.More emotional than about ninja fights. Mostly takes place when Kakashi is Hokage.
Itachi never killed the Clan and is the Clan Heir. Fugaku is doing everything he can so that he will take his position as the Clan leader successfully while balancing the Uchiha's goodwill within Konoha as Leaf Police.
Chidori was Itachi's equal as a child until his Clan duties started getting in the way of their friendship. Being a part of his life meant being a part of Sasuke's too. Sasuke still grows up angsty and abandoned as he is in canon due to him never living up to Itachi's milestones and Fugaku's negligence. Kakashi will become a friend once Chidori is older, then lover.
Things get complicated.
