Sherlock/Interview with the Vampire fusion-- London, 1887
Sherlock Holmes is Gentleman Death in silk and lace-- a cold, cynical vampire ever-desperate for something to break the tedium of eternity. He finds it in Dr. John Watson, a depressed war-hero committing slow suicide through drink and the dangers of London's gambling dens.
Their strange friendship is fraught with difficulty from the onset-- but their lives truly take a turn for the macabre when they find themselves at the center of a gruesome (and infamous) murder spree.

When Lestat is languishing in his house in New Orleans, still recovering from his injuries after the events described in Interview With the Vampire, he denies that Louis ever visited him. However, he does admit that Armand appeared to him several times, offering him a taste of his powerful blood in exchange for being his companion, even after everything that had happened between them. In his description of events in The Vampire Lestat, Lestat patently refuses, but does let on just how tempting Armand's offer was. What if temptation had overruled and Lestat did as Armand asked?
