Summary
Hitoshi Shinsou has a love-hate relationship with his Quirk. Everyone else just seems to hate it.
They call it vile, villainous. A Quirk that only a crook could want. They call it invasive, they criticize the ethics around consent that swarm his power.
Maybe that is why Hitoshi never reveals one of the drawbacks of his Quirk, knowing that it would only make him look worse.
Maybe that is why he never tells anyone about the memories.
And then he doesn't see any, and it's so much worse.
