Summary
Jaskier has had enough. It wasn't only the mountain, but all of the things before, that slowly broke his heart more and more every day. He loved Geralt with his whole heart, knowing it would never be enough, knowing he could never give Geralt all he deserves, but at least wanting to be there for him as a friend. But all he got was harsh treatment and harsher words. So he didn't wait, didn't look for him and left. He's got his own life to return to.
But what happens, when the times stop being peaceful and the child Jaskier loves like his own is in danger? Will he help her find the man destiny bound her to?
