Katara Snow-Child is a young woman living a mundane life in the Skaal village where she was born when her quiet way of life as she knows it is shattered and she's drafted against her will into the Empire Legion. Trying to dodge the draft lands her head on the chopping block, but it also plunges her down the path that slowly reveals her fate to be the Dragonborn Skyrim legends foretold of. Along the way, Katara befriends the quit-witted Teldryn Sero, discovers the power of being Dragonborn, and gets involved in the raging Civil War.
Part 2: Destiny of a Dovahkiin

Now that the war draws to an end and a new High King seats the throne, all of Skyrim relies on the Dragonborn as they face a more deadly threat — Alduin. New alliances, both mortal and dragon, must be made, and the pressure mounts as the dragon attacks worsen. Katara and her companions seek to understand the Elder Scroll in hopes of vanquishing the World-Eater forever.
