Summary
Hyrule was a modest hero from a modest era where resources were lacking in general. So it made sense that he would be more slight than the rest of the group, especially being of omega stature. But Time couldn't see anyone go hungry, or be wanting for anything that he could help to provide.

Wild, Time, Twilight, and Hyrule spend a morning together in Wild's Hateno home. Wild is seven months pregnant with Hyrule's baby.
Sunlight streamed through the window of Wild's Hateno home as he woke, blue eyes blinking to adjust to the soft morning rays. The bed he lay in was warm, and he was reluctant to leave it. However, hunger pulled at his mind, and a fluttering kick responded to the thought in his swollen belly.

In the distant future, 10’000 years after the last hero faced the calamity, the Shikah in all their knowledge decided to rid the people of Hyrule form the persistent problem of heat and rut. Medicines became prevalent as the land was poisoned, the water the fruit the livestock. Until eventually the people of Hyrule forgot what it was to have second sex characteristics. The Alphas, Betas and Omegas of the past became a lesser known myth of history. Free of the contaminated food of the future, Wilds body is defaulting to it’s natural state. Someone just needs to tell him that.
