George Washington's summer home on the outskirts of his Mount Vernon estate has been in a state of disrepair ever since its last caretaker abandoned the property. For years the house has stood empty unable to be sold until now.
Joseph Stern a long time descendant of Thomas Jefferson (who was the last owner of the home) finds out the property now belongs to him and happily moves in with his best friend Barclay planning to make it into a profitable business.
Unknown to both of them is the ghosts that remain trapped on the property not all of whom are happy about someone new moving in.
However a freak accident may be the thing that changes everything and will forever alter the lives of Joseph and the ghosts who are now....visible to him?

Burr halted, causing Hamilton to almost collide into him. “I want to be you,” Hamilton said.
The graduate listened.
Then, quieter: “No, I want you.“
The words came out before he could stop them, candid and clumsy, like a spark trying to catch dry parchment—sudden, reckless, and far too late to take back if he wanted to. He didn’t.
