Summary
Everything all seemed to end after the events of the first Lost Victims incident and life returned to normalcy but that normalcy was a mere façade. Queen was stirring the pot and seething in anger at her failed plot. Opting to finally create the Generation 2 of the Lost Incident victims, Queen kidnaps a group of 6 children representing each of the 6 attributes, Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light and Darkness. However, this time, to ensure everything is sent home, Queen kidnaps two specific children that hold connections to the original group. Enter Takemichi Kogami-Hanagaki, Ryouken's adoptive younger brother, and Manjirou Sano-Fujiki, Yusaku's little brother by adoption. With two of the victims having personal connections to members connected to the initial incident, Queen's revenge takes shape. Six new Ignises are born from the new victims and it's a race against time to save them all. Abraham Mikaels, an Israeli-American tech prodigy, who works with Kusanagi/Kolter, the group now has to find the new Victims and stop Queen once and for all.
