  Closeted time traveler Shirohoshi Rei has been benched from the Survey Corps until his reckless danger-seeking behavior improves. It's as good a time as any to take up Volo's equally reckless danger-seeking offer to start studying the rifts up close and personal. And while Volo keeps busy with the Ginkgo Guild, Warden Ingo suggests it's as good a time as any to start their "Path of Solitude"- a series of one-on-one battles with every pokemon in vast Hisui, each containing a different lesson to prepare him for the eventual re-escalation of the slumbering frenzy crisis.
