Summary
Color couldn't help but notice the other four skeletons had halted their sparring and directed their attention towards him, their curiosity evident. He couldn't blame them for being intrigued by his unexpected appearance.
"I see..." The dark skeleton, whom Color assumed was the one in charge, observed him with a mix of curiosity and scrutiny. Another skeleton with blank eye sockets approached, tilting his head inquisitively. "We got a walking pride flag, Boss?" he remarked, eliciting a scoff from Color. Although he found the comment somewhat annoying, he understood the observation. The crack in his skull emitted rainbow fire, matching the hues in his eyes, making his identity quite apparent.

The response caught Nightmare off guard. The meow that reached his ears was unfamiliar, distinct from the usual whiny complaints that characterized Alfred's vocalizations. His eyes lifted from the paperwork to investigate, expecting to find the source beneath the desk. However, what he discovered was a calico cat, its coat a mosaic of colors that stood in stark contrast to Alfred's black and white tuxedo pattern.
"You are new," Nightmare observed, his expression shifting from surprise to curiosity. The calico, undeterred by any prohibition, had hopped onto the desk, making its way toward him.
