Dazai shuts off the TV, throwing the remote to the side. Arahabaki has struck again after 3 years of silence. This is going to send Yokohama into a spiral once again. And his brother is going to be working on the case.
The corners of Dazai's curl up into a faint smile. This should be interesting.

Arahabaki, a serial killer has shown after years of not showing by killing 3 random students. And Dazai is being sent to be investigating in a weird high school without his consent and is losing his mind trying to be figure out who the fuck Arahabaki is because the suspects either keep changing or contradict themselves or straight up die.

Maybe it was the fact that his quirk wasn‘t working, that there was a dark hole where lie detection used to be, maybe it was the way the boy talked about murder like contemplating what he wanted to eat next, maybe it was the eyes- cold and unmoving. As Dazai had stepped into the crime-scene, his heart began to race. This already looked far too familiar to be coincidental. The bodies of the family were positioned in the dining room, each one propped up as though they were preparing to eat. The only one without the rest being the mother. Her corpse was in the kitchen, propped up in front of the open stove, in which was a mostly unidentifiable animal corpse. The team had yet to put together the type of animal it was with any sort of certainty, though based on the size of the charred husk left for the display, it seemed to be some bigger breed of dog.
