“You have that massive crush on Osamu, right?” He asked with a cheeky smirk, tone playful with a certain edge to it- the kind that meant Tadashi better watch what he said, otherwise Kei would torment him about it forever. “Yes, Tsukki,” Tadashi answered miserably, knowing he’d be teased regardless, and Kei’s smirk grew. “Awh, that’s so cute. You can’t go over there and talk to him, can you?” Kei asked deliberately like he hadn’t known Tadashi since childhood, and Tadashi rolled his eyes, shoving at Kei’s shoulder with his free hand.
“You’re an ass,” Tadashi retorted with a huff and Kei snickered, clearly enjoying himself. “Yeah, but you love it,” He said nonchalantly and Tadashi scrunched his nose up, arching an eyebrow.

Summary
Tsukishima had never given much thought to relationships. He didn’t really see the appeal. He’d never felt the uncontrollable urge to be with someone, or worse, to do anything sexual with someone.
Tsukishima just ignored it. It didn’t matter, it wasn’t an issue. If he avoided going to see some movies with the team because he knew for a fact some of them had hard make out or sex scenes in them, it didn’t matter. Who wanted to watch that anyway? Let alone in a room full of other people.
And did it matter that when someone touched him he felt like his skin was on fire? No. No it did not.
But it wasn’t something he could avoid forever. People kissed in public. Movies had sex scenes. And, like it or not, people were going to touch him. Especially the volleyball team.
Tsukishima could deal with that. But he didn’t have to like it.
So when Yamaguchi bumped into his side one day on their walk home and said “Aww look Tsukki,” while nodding to a couple making out against a tree (and they were really going at it) Tsukishima couldn’t help scowling at them.
“They shouldn’t do that in public,” he said. His skin was crawling with uneasiness, and he picked up his pace just a little get away faster.

Tsukishima scowled and turned his attention back to the path ahead of them. “They shouldn’t do that in public,” he said, and just like that Yamaguchi’s world stopped spinning.
Yamaguchi wants nothing more than to be with Tsukki. But when Tsukki showed distaste towards a gay couple making out in the park, Yamaguchi has to ask. Is Tsukki homophobic?
