Summary
Exactly what the title says. On a serious note, I am going to make this as canonly possible to the canon Undertale universe as I can. Also, I will add my own human characters to the story and give the PTA universe a new spin on it whilst keeping it as realistic as possible to canon Undertale. Examples: Sans will act as chill as usual in the game(Except for a couple of rare moments here and there), Papyrus being Papyrus(meaning NO PAPYTON, just some regular Papyrus admiration for Mettaton like in the game, AND he's not extremely childish all the time... he just has a lot of optimism and energy), Toriel and Sans being great, punny best friends, and so on. I think you get the gist.
Welp, I just had to keep Linda in my One-Shots. She's been too engrained in the PTA universe for me to just simply get rid of her. It wouldn't feel right without her. Don't worry. I'll improve her character too. She will be flawed and realistic, not just some basic soccer mom. She will still be a crappy parent(like most parents nowadays), but that's it. I will also give her a new, fresh take like everything else in the PTA Universe.

At the same time Dipper moves into Mabel’s home and life, she has to find out how to channel the true strength of the dual-colored gem she inherited from her father, to properly help her caretakers and idols in saving her planet.
Mabel knows they’ll always find a way to save the day, even if strife from inside and outside comes! Because they won’t do it alone.

Ever since her twin brother moved in to live with her and the Earth's gemstone-emblazoned guardians, Mabel's months have been gradually ramping up in zany, crazy magical adventures as she tried to grow and prove to herself and her guardians she was capable of protecting the planet.
Now, after almost being taken out of her world along with the Shooting Star Gems, a new chapter unfolds in the human-Gem girl's life.
What could happen next? How many powers were left to discover, lessons for Mabel Pines and her Gem and human peers to learn? How much she had yet to learn about the ominous Gem empire of Homeworld?
Anyhow, Mabel is still blooming and growing, through all this strife. So, she could take down each question one step at a time.
