This is not completely mine! I read this story and fell in love with it, but the account is orphaned so I don't know how to credit or contact the initial creator. I loved the storyline but had some personal ideas to make it less crack- so if you don't mind re-writes, please enjoy!
Original Summary:
Virgil is just another emo teenager trying to survive through high school. He has a grand total of 1 friend in school (who he would die for in an instant); he gets bullied for his name, the way he dresses, basically everything about him; and he's friends with 4 of the worlds most well-known prodigies. Oh, and he also is a prodigy himself. Doubling as the best-selling author Anxiety, how will Virgil cope when his 4 famous online friends show up at his school for the year? Watch as this poor gay tries (and fails) at keeping his identity hidden from his 4 Friends In High Places (De's just there for the ride).

Tony knows this: of all the things Remus will put up with, being alone isn’t one of them. So he returns, and he doesn’t come back.
Virgil knows this: more than anything, Remus is unpredictable. It could be good or bad, but he has a bad feeling about this.
Remus knows this: Roman gets everything. Deceit is the only family he has in the world, and he won’t let Roman have him too.
It’s hard to move forward without at least acknowledging the past. Shadows of who you used to be and who you could have become can drag anyone into the depths, and its so easy to lose parts of yourself that you have buried away for so long. The “Dark Sides” are used to fighting battles by themselves, but this time they’re not alone. Roman won’t lose what he’s only just found. Logan wants his voice to be heard. Patton just wants to do the right thing this time.
And Thomas?
Thomas is going to have to do some rapid fire learning about himself if they all want to make it out of this alive.

Roman's had it rough. First, everyone was convinced he was a girl. Then, he had to hide the fact that he was a boy. After that, Remus accidentally revealed Roman's secret. Now, Roman was getting married to a man he had never met, in a kingdom he had never been to, all because his parents were convinced that getting him hitched would "set her straight" and they would have their "perfect daughter" back.
But all is not as it seems. As Prince Damien and everyone else in the Byron's castle prove to be more accepting than Roman's parents, Roman has to disguise who he is for a whole week until he can be married to Damien, and transition, and become Roman, not Veronica. Not to mention the fact that Damien was unfairly cute, and Roman was very much a gay man...
...This was going to be hard.
