Summary
Xiao, a retired soldier who, after the war, is taken in by Zhongli, his previous superior in the military, to work as an auto memory doll in Liyue in the Adeptus Postal Company. Later on, he is known across all of Teyvat as the best for the job. Along with his accurate and precise writing, he seems to find the thoughts and inner voice hidden in the depths of his client’s minds.
Aether, the deaf prince of Khaenri'ah, struggles to connect with people other than his family, that being his sister Lumine, the princess of Khaenri'ah, Kaeya their personal guard and Dainslief, their father and the king of Khaenri'ah. Even so, he cannot bring himself to talk to them and usually keeps to himself.
Although lately, the prince had been keeping to himself more and more. Lumine and Dainsleif, worried, enlists the help of the auto memory doll Xiao to write for Aether in the hopes of getting a taste of how he truly feels in the depths of his mind.
