Summary
When the gods are in danger of Balor, a dark deity wanting to kill them all, they needed a hero… Unfortunately, the latest champion they could find was a certain slasher....
After he got incapacitated for the umpteenth time, Jason Voorhees wound up in the presence of Aqua, a beautiful self-proclaimed goddess... who proceeded to mock him for his embarrassing (and untrue) demise, before giving him a choice: either start over on Earth... or reincarnate with his current body and memories as a way of world hopping, in order to hunt down the Fomorians, a cabal of villains led by Balor, all to destroy the gods and take over all reality.
Given his...reputation on Earth, Jason was tempted to stop the Fomorians with a chance to cheat death… and to see his mom again, he really likes that, and was told to choose anything, an item or ability of any type, to bring into the new quest with him. And out of sheer spite towards the goddess, he picked a Devil Fruit as his item. And with that done, Jason and Aqua (who's now banished) are sent on a journey to reunite with his beloved mother, and accompany other chosen ones to stop the Fomorians...
Yeah, the undead machete-wielder may have bitten off more than he can chew.
