Summary
It's been 3 years since the events of the war between humanity vs. DUPLO. Syspocalypstar is happier than ever. And Emmet and Lucy have even started a new family.
But then Rex Dangervest, once thought to be dead, is now alive and well! Needless to say, everyone is not happy, much less Rex himself. But Emmet sees a second chance for Rex to reform and maybe try again with their friendship.
But things get crazy as a new threat from the past arises.
And if things can't get any crazier, Emmet and Lucy's children get involved as Rex becomes their unofficial uncle.
This redemption arc is going to be interesting.
