Reagan Ridley's role as CEO of Cognito Inc. start off good, but things turn dark when the Shadow Board begins pushing things, believing they can manipulate her more easily than Rand or JR. Their schemes threaten global chaos, Reagan must act fast to stop them as soon as possible
Her unlikely ally is Ray Kolenkhov, the brilliant but feared Head of the Population Control Department. Known for her sharp mind and dangerous skills, Ray slightly is reluctant, but teams up with Reagan. Together, they work tirelessly to uncover the Shadow Board's plans and make sure they can stop this thing before the Shadow Government decides to take action but on the side, they will also prepare for the potential return of Rand and JR. But who knows? This could be all a conspiracy for what we know

Brett and Ron don't hit it off immediately with Brett being a yes-man and Ron being a tired and overworked man with a bleak outlook on life.
