Summary
The panel of floorboards the motherfucker nailed together as a lid finally lifts, and Claudia swallows her anticipatory fear enough to hiss. He wants her to beg, wants her to cry, wants her to be soft and fragile to match her goddamn mistake of a porcelain doll body. She won’t, though. That’s one thing he will never be able to take from her, no matter how hard he tries. She won’t-
