Summary
It's only at night, when it happens. When the gaping maw of Night Vale seems to open like an invitation, beckoning with an uncanny sweetness you could never seem to deny. You lay in bed, Cecil pretending to sleep next to you, and you watch the ceiling as you imagine her teeth and her tongue and the welcome you know waits just above the plywood sky.

Summary
He thought about those words, what they meant for him, and what they meant for his relationship as he stepped out of his car and walked to their apartment. They meant so much for him, more than he could ever presume to know, and saying them aloud spoke the feeling into existence. The reality those words would bring about, if said, was far too heavy for Carlos' liking, and their weight only added to both the appeal and disillusion of saying them.
If he said them, those three little words that meant the world, he would have to mean it.

Summary
Cecil hasn't been feeling right for weeks now, and his (very charming) doctor is completely baffled.
Finally Carlos decides to try something unusual- a treatment normally prescribed for women. He's not positive if it will help, but it can't hurt, and Cecil is very willing to work with him as long as the doctor keeps his hands on him like that.
