Summary
Wilbur - aka a post-street rat, now a college student striving to be a film director - has some crime friends. He's a part-timer in their city-wide syndicate, but always declines his friend's offer to join the high ranks. No big risky life for him - he's running from this fucked up city the moment he can.
Oops, the shitty city captured and tortured him for information. Now he's beyond disrepair and ready for some revenge.
This trip for vengeance may end in more conflicts than solved ones.
