Summary
Ragnarök was avoided and Asgard liberated from Hella's oppressive grasp, Thor finally takes the gilded throne. As a child he used to rejoice at the stories of battle that claimed the Nine Realms. Now however, he understands the weight of the blood his kingdom was forged in and all the dark corners of Asgard's halls reveals themselves. Besides, he wishes more than anything to reunite with The Avengers on Midgard. To soothe this ache he has for Earth, he attempts to keep Bruce on Asgard for as long as the scientist would allow but the Bifrost is nearly rebuilt and Banner is anxious to return to his home realm.
Loki is still grappling with living in Asgard as himself. All the lying and destruction left him hungry for something more.. profound. In the name of becoming "good" he attempts to aid Brunnhilde in her sobriety in the only way he knows how: Lies and Enchantments. That is until he becomes far more occupied when some 4th dimensional assholes who insist Asgard needs a Time Permit to keep existing.
Brunnhilde wishes to wallow for the rest of her days, searching for meaning at the bottom of the bottle. Until she catches a lead on leftovers from the prior regime.
