This is set in my head canon of the movie, which I created when I wrote my other fic in this fandom, "All at Once." Everything I wrote for the creative writing class I'm taking 2025-2026. Includes drafts and final versions when necessary. Yes, they're all on here. If the assignment was done on paper then I may do some grammatical fixes but if it was done on my computer than it's copy-pasted.
I don't expect any of this to make much sense since a lot of these were written on a time restraint and at some point while I was writing this it turned into words that I'm not sure are even comprehensible.

She'd been allowed to tag along on chases since she was eight, provided of course that she stuck to whichever vehicle was at the back of the convoy and followed every direction given to her to a T. Sometimes if she was lucky her mom would even pull her replacement Jeep J10 out of the barn and let her ride along with her.
Meg was fourteen the first time a tornado chased her back. It didn't matter how much she helped out in demolished communities or how many times she dealt with the cries for lost loved ones, nothing could have prepared her for losing her dad.

All Jonas’ research shows that former colleague Bill Harding has not yet put a patent on the idea, which Jonas sees as fair game.
On the way, he stops overnight at the Faygo Inn, a roadside motel with a restaurant. When Jonas goes to the restaurant, he encounters Bill’s wife, Jo, who tells Jonas they are now separated; the two catch up over dinner and drinks.

You have been friends with the quirky group of storm chasers for a few years now and always looked forward to your yearly meet-ups to go chasing together. It just so happened that this year the opportunity to hang out with everyone outside of a chase presented itself so you invited your group of friends over to your place for a few days. You were counting on it to be fun, and it was, but what you weren't counting on is how it would be harder to keep your true feelings for the man who had become one of your best friends hidden. Spending time with everyone at your own home turned out to be a little bit more personal and intimate than how things were when you were all out on the road and, as a result, the buried feelings were unearthed.

So you take the lead on this charge only for the twister to shift and sucking you and Tyler up. When you finally come to, you’re still in Oklahoma but not the correct time. After verifying with a newspaper, your fears are realized: you and Tyler in 1996.
A/N: I know this idea of time traveling tornadoes is silly but I wanted to pen it to paper! It’s a step outside what I normally write but I do have a Scott version of this story in the back of my head.
