He just doesn't get why his older brother doesn't enjoy parties like he does. Luckily, Reggie's deputy decides to educate him.
Thirteen years ago, 16-year-old Reggie sneaks out to go to a party with a couple friends. After an initial few hours of fun, things take a horrific turn, and he is left to deal with the aftermath.
