In modern times New York, (mid 2010's-) Alexander Hamilton scores a lucky internship at an unnamed governmental office- if he proves well enough performance, he could score a job and afford a place of his- almost- own.
A lucky chance passes along when one Thomas Jefferson finds himself holding a set of application forms for his soon-to-be-new apartment in the middle of downtown- full view of the city, two floors of space plus the benefit of a massive Roku tv. What could go wrong?
Surely nothing, except for the second applicant form. As in a second room mate. As Thomas struggles to find somebody to sign the form, let alone change living situations, he finds himself reluctantly turning to Alexander Hamilton. The two coworker's lives and personalities do not mix well- to some people.
Slowly, over time, their situation grows less and less prickly and cold, more to a warm and caring environment. As their job and their living situation paves the way for a simple downtown life, what obstacles obscure their situation? What obstacles will block their way and which will prove to open new doors? What is in store for Alexander and Thomas?
