When Kanan Jarrus unexpectedly survives the blast at the fuel depot on Lothal, Hera initially finds herself grateful for another chance to do things differently with the man that she loves. It doesn't take long for reality to return with its cold reminder that the Galaxy will never be safe for him or their son so long as the Empire reigns. Willing to do whatever it takes to keep her family safe, Hera tells Kanan that he has to take their child and disappear if they're going to be safe.
They'll be together again soon.
All she has to do is topple an Empire, submit her resignation, and search every star in the Galaxy to find her way home.
