Summary
In the quaint little Town of Salem in the (vaguely accurate) 17th century lives Dexter Morgan, a psychotic Serial Killer masquerading as a Doctor. Amidst a panic of warring factions, he and his Arsonist Lover, Buggs Burns, are determined to come out on top by any means necessary.
(In other words, a POV alternating adventure following a vengeful serial killer and his adorable pyromaniac boyfriend as they set out to massacre the Town.)

Salem lives in two worlds at once. Catherine wishes it didn't, but she isn't exactly in a position to do anything about it; as a Doomsayer, she'd rather stay quiet and keep the town away from herself.
It doesn't work out that way. She has mixed feelings about it.
