It’s been five years after Vide’s defeat, and the travelers have settled into their new lives.
Throné has left the assassin life behind, and now works as her wife’s, Agnea, bodyguard, as they travel the world. At the same time the two are talking about the next step, a child.
But on a reunion party, things go weird when Throné meets a mysterious man, and then a dark vortex comes and absorves everyone.
Now Throné finds herself in a different reality than she remembers. Dead people are alive, and the people she knows are, and have gone, threw very different things, and she is the only one that remembers how things are.
Now Throné must find the other travelers, help them regain their memories, and defeat the new enemy so that they can return home.

The knight refused to look back at him in turn though, and he squirmed on the spot as he continued to search for the proper way to continue the conversation. “You don’t have to keep doing this if you don’t want to,” he pointed out. “I know all of this is weighing on you, and… I guess what I mean to say is that it’s okay if you leave this for someone else to take care of.”

Two months after returning to Flamechurch, Temenos has taken up the duties of the pontiff while the church searches for a replacement. Crick, meanwhile, is left with the tattered remains of his career as a Sanctum Knight following his injury in Stormhail.
