Summary
Though Ian has been recruited to part-time aid Torchwood in rebuilding, most of their time is still spent on Quantum Leap, helping the Cardiff team remotely as a side project. A couple of times a year, they visit the Torchwood hub in person -- and their first visit is eventful, to say the least.
