Most people were loath to give up on their first partner, and Dipper was no exception. So when Orion burrowed into his side further, he just sighed again and tightened his vest closed around the Eevee.

Stanley Pines doesn’t scare easy. That's one of the things he's most proud of himself for. He isn't scared of Pa (much) never gets scared of the things in Gravity Falls (usually) and is always ready to step up to help his brother (even if it means getting in trouble).
But there's something sinister about this stupid TV show he keeps seeing, even if everyone else insists that it's nothing. The phone calls, the shadows, the eerie entity going by the name of Mr. Knocks. All of it adds up, but it's nothing Stan can't handle.
Because he has to.
