Summary
In a city controlled by criminals, where discrimination against nonhumans, known as Origins, is at an all-time high. Many are forced into a life of crime to make ends meet.
After retiring, Phil was forced back into this business, but his reasons might be more than money.
A new mission arrives at his door, he needs to kidnap someone. What first seemed like a normal mission quickly evolves into rescues, attempted murder, confusion, and facing his past.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The title is a reference to the movie “saving private Ryan”, or “il faut sauver le soldat Ryan” in French. The fic is not related to the movie I just thought it was funny.
